Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

- Provide fresh products with correct portion sizes
- Use coffee shop equipment properly following company guidelines
- Check product quality and manage inventory
- Reinforce safety programs and comply with food safety regulations
- Report discrepancies, safety risks, and accidents
- Manage conflict reasonably and act with honesty and integrity
- Provide support through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
