Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous comparable experience preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environments
- Ability to manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity
- Ability to follow directions and ask for assistance when needed
- Ability to interact respectfully with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
- Promote an inclusive work environment and community responsibility
- Provide right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
- Demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
- Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and store
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and process transactions
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Maintain product quality, stock, label and inventory merchandise
- Operate coffee shop equipment according to company guidelines
- Report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- Reinforce safety programs and adhere to food safety regulations
- Practice preventive maintenance on equipment and report issues
- Notify management of safety risks, accidents or illegal activity
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperate in a fast-paced environment
