Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

- Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

- Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store
- Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold
- Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards
- Tender transactions using company best practices
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Provide customers with fresh and correctly portioned products
- Recommend coffee shop items
- Use all coffee shop equipment according to company guidelines
- Check product quality and review sell-by dates
- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- Report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- Comply with safety procedures and food safety regulations
- Practice preventive maintenance on equipment
- Report safety risks and illegal activity
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
