Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
  • Treat customers and employees fairly and ethically
  • Promote an inclusive work environment
  • Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
  • Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests using proper equipment
  • Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
  • Use all coffee shop equipment according to company guidelines
  • Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
  • Reinforce safety programs and adhere to all food safety regulations
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
  • Notify management of accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity
