Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

- tender transactions using company best practices
- offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes
- recommend coffee shop items
- use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens properly
- prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients
- check product quality and review sell by dates
- properly use kitchen equipment including espresso machine and blender
- label, stock and inventory merchandise
- report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- stay current with ads and promotions
- comply with safety procedures and notify management of unsafe conditions
- adhere to food safety regulations
- perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- report customer or employee accidents and safety risks
