Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner

- Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests using proper equipment
- Answer customer questions regarding products and make suggestions
- Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Provide customers with fresh products and proper portion sizes
- Use kitchen and coffee shop equipment according to company guidelines
- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
- Check product quality, review sell by dates, and take appropriate actions
- Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
- Reinforce safety programs and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Practice preventive maintenance on equipment and notify management of repairs needed
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activity
- Manage conflicts in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues
