Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and food handling procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees fairly and ethically

- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards using proper equipment
- Tender transactions using company best practices
- Offer product samples to customers and inform about specials
- Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes
- Recommend coffee shop items to customers
- Use coffee shop equipment following company guidelines
- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
- Check product quality and follow expiration date protocols
- Report ordering and shipping discrepancies
- Follow safety programs and food safety regulations
- Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues
- Notify management about accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity concerning customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
- Provide support through direct interaction with minors, special needs individuals, and older adults
