Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner promoting an inclusive work environment
- Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

- Answer customer questions regarding products sold within the department and store
- Prepare beverages to recipe and customer requests using proper equipment
- Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials
- Maintain knowledge of products to make suggestions
- Collaborate with associates to achieve store goals
- Maintain product quality and adhere to food safety regulations
- Use kitchen and coffee shop equipment properly and safely
- Stock, label and inventory merchandise
- Report discrepancies and safety issues to management
- Support customers with special needs or minors
