Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
  • Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner promoting an inclusive work environment
  • Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

  • Answer customer questions regarding products sold within the department and store
  • Prepare beverages to recipe and customer requests using proper equipment
  • Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials
  • Maintain knowledge of products to make suggestions
  • Collaborate with associates to achieve store goals
  • Maintain product quality and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Use kitchen and coffee shop equipment properly and safely
  • Stock, label and inventory merchandise
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues to management
  • Support customers with special needs or minors
  • Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
