- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous comparable experience desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including part-time

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
- Promote an inclusive work environment
- Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Maintain product freshness and proper portion sizes
- Use coffee shop equipment safely and properly
- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
- Report product ordering and shipping discrepancies
- Comply with safety programs and food safety regulations
- Practice preventive maintenance and notify management of repair needs
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Support and assist customers including minors and individuals with special needs
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
