Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment

- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer's requests using proper equipment
- Tender transactions using company best practices
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to company guidelines
- Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
- Report product ordering or shipping discrepancies to department manager
- Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Practice preventive maintenance and notify management of equipment needing repair
- Report customer or employee accidents and safety risks
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues
- Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs or older adults
