Job Requirements

  • Minimum excellent customer service skills
  • Any previous comparable experience desired
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment and respond to product-related inquiries
  • Knowledge of department products and ability to make suggestions
  • Ability to properly use kitchen and coffee shop equipment
  • Ability to comply with safety procedures and food safety regulations
  • Ability to handle transactions using company best practices
  • Ability to report product discrepancies and safety issues
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on equipment
