Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Answer customer questions regarding products within the department and store
- Prepare beverage selections according to recipe and customer requests using proper equipment
- Offer product samples and inform customers of store specials
- Collaborate with associates to promote teamwork and achieve store goals
- Maintain knowledge of product quality and freshness
- Use kitchen equipment and follow safety and food safety guidelines
