Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment desired
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- Must comply with all safety and food handling standards

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
- Promote an inclusive work environment
- Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
- Demonstrate company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer's requests using proper equipment
- Answer customer questions regarding products and make product suggestions
- Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Use all equipment in coffee shop according to company guidelines
- Check product quality and review sell by dates
- Comply with safety procedures and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Inspect and maintain equipment properly
- Report ordering discrepancies and safety risks to management
- Manage conflicts in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Support customers requiring special assistance
- Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
