Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Assist in hiring and training Barista associates
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer service areas
- Prepare customer beverage orders according to standards
- Perform cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
- Handle cash and follow register policies
- Manage inventory control and product ordering
- Keep accurate records and complete required training and certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
