Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be 21 or older to drive for company business
- Manager Food Safety certification required
- Completion of Barista Basics Training Program and recommended Starbucks leadership training

Job Duties
- Works in conjunction with upper management to schedule, direct, and delegate work to department personnel
- Oversees designated Starbucks department ensuring adherence to company standards
- Reviews sales, promotions, inventory, profit, loss, shrink, and labor metrics and reports to upper management
- Maintains and improves sales performance, financial results, and product quality
- Enforces quality control and food safety standards including product rotation
- Oversees production including preparing, packaging, and labeling coffee products
- Promotes product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays
- Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Provides customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers and answering queries
