Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting
- Passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of Starbucks products and standards Starbucks Barista Certification is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and handle pressure effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead by example fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Supervise shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers taking and preparing orders and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure the highest standards of coffee and food quality
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items adhering to Starbucks recipes and guidelines
- Train new baristas on company policies procedures and customer service standards
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Assist in managing inventory levels including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation
- Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately
- Ensure cash-handling policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines including food safety practices
- Assist the Store Manager in creating and managing shift schedules ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours
- Complete paperwork reports and administrative tasks as required
