Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain punctuality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures including cash handling
  • Commitment to upholding Starbucks and Sunriver Resort core values

Job Duties

  • Take the role as person in charge when supervisor or manager is not present
  • Act with integrity and promote Starbucks and Sunriver Resort culture
  • Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
  • Develop positive relationships with team by addressing motivation, needs and concerns
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first attitude
  • Assist with new partner training and provide coaching and feedback
  • Keep staff on task and organize opening and closing duties
  • Provide clear communication to store leadership team
  • Assist with food and supplies orders
  • Provide inventory assistance
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety
  • Provide quality beverages and food products following health and safety guidelines
