Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures including cash handling
- Commitment to upholding Starbucks and Sunriver Resort core values

Job Duties
- Take the role as person in charge when supervisor or manager is not present
- Act with integrity and promote Starbucks and Sunriver Resort culture
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Develop positive relationships with team by addressing motivation, needs and concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first attitude
- Assist with new partner training and provide coaching and feedback
- Keep staff on task and organize opening and closing duties
- Provide clear communication to store leadership team
- Assist with food and supplies orders
- Provide inventory assistance
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety
- Provide quality beverages and food products following health and safety guidelines
