Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to direct others effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Ability to follow operational policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Take the role as Person in Charge in the absence of the Store Supervisor or Store Manager
- Act with integrity, honesty and promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Sunriver Resort
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Develop positive relationships with team members by addressing their motivation, needs, and concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude and connect with customers
- Assist with new partner training by providing respectful coaching and feedback to the Store Manager
- Keep staff members on task and ensure completion of daily duties
- Provide clear communication to the Store Supervisor and Manager
- Assist with food and supplies ordering
- Provide inventory assistance
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Follow Starbucks and Sunriver operational policies including cash handling and safety
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistent with Starbucks standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per QASA
