Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in multi-unit food service management
  • Experience working in a coffee or cafe environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to travel between multiple store locations
  • Proficient with data analysis and performance metrics
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of multi-unit leadership experience in food service hospitality or retail including at least 1 year of experience in a cafe or coffee-focused environment
  • Strong organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in coaching mentoring and managing cross-functional teams across multiple sites
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems Google Suite and business analytics tools
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic rapidly changing environment while maintaining focus on performance and team development
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and results

Job Duties

  • Lead Starbucks operations across multiple locations including deliveries inventory management and equipment maintenance ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance across all cafes
  • Drive improvements in key performance indicators such as production time order defect rate and cost per order across your portfolio
  • Train and coach site-level leads and baristas to prioritize safety adhere to standard work procedures and maintain productivity
  • Ensure financial success by meeting budget targets for productivity labor and other expenses contributing to the overall profitability of all sites
  • Maintain compliance with Gopuff Starbucks and legal regulations using reports and dashboards to monitor performance and policy adherence across all units
  • Implement and monitor safety and human resource compliance measures ensuring the safety of personnel and products at every location
  • Develop and execute localized action plans to enhance performance while aligning with broader company strategy and operational standards
  • Create and support strategies that improve safety culture and financial results at the multi-site level
  • Oversee daily operations and staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and weekends at all cafes
  • Utilize data analysis and site visits to inform decisions that improve the customer experience and operational outcomes
  • Collaborate with regional and area managers to manage labor and implement scheduling and forecasting tools efficiently
  • Drive excellence in execution and business outcomes by implementing new initiatives coaching team leads and fostering a performance-driven culture across your stores
