Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive experience within Starbucks or a comparable experience
- Or 4-year college degree and 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and health department rules and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Willingness to attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
- Available to participate in manager on duty coverage as required
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Ability to handle complex problems and implement solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Capability to exert physical effort up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of Starbucks outlets
- Market ideas to promote business
- Reduce employee turnover
- Maintain revenue and payroll budgets
- Meet budgeted productivity while ensuring high quality
- Conduct trainings to ensure consistent execution of brand standards
- Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members
- Handle guest complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Ensure adherence to legal and operational compliance
- Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed
- Complete tip reporting
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
