- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

- ability to operate POS and keyboard functions

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in the manager's absence and train new team members
- provide quality beverages consistently for all customers, preparing Starbucks beverages to standard
- maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
- follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products
- ascertain guest satisfaction and tactfully negotiate accommodations in case of dissatisfaction
- comply with accounting guidelines regarding receipt of payments, cash drawer and house bank management
- balance house bank at the end of the shift
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard outlet cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
