Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience preferred
- Open availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in food preparation and sanitation
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register, handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation zones
- Attend work and scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
