The company combines the reliability of a trusted retail environment with the dedication to extraordinary customer service, making it a valued employer for individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-focused roles.

As a Food Service Foreman at the Exchange, you will play a pivotal leadership role in managing a team of passionate Food Service Workers dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. You will be the frontline leader in responding swiftly and effectively to customer concerns, skillfully deescalating negative experiences, and empowering your team to take ownership of service recovery.

In this role, you will not only manage operational aspects but also champion a positive, customer-centric team culture that emphasizes service excellence. Your ability to lead by example, maintaining eye contact and greeting customers warmly, will help create an inviting shopping atmosphere. The Exchange values your growth and development, offering tools and resources necessary for your success. As part of the team, you will benefit from flexible scheduling, comprehensive medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, shift differential and holiday pay, as well as pension and 401K plans for qualifying associates. Additionally, you will have access to on-base facilities, a mass transit program, and enjoy the status and benefits of being an employee of the Exchange.

Being a Food Service Foreman at the Exchange is more than a job; it is a chance to be part of a supportive community that prioritizes personal and professional development. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of accountability, utilizing business knowledge to identify and address opportunity areas, and ensuring every customer has an extraordinary shopping experience.
