- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Basic math skills for transaction processing

- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in an authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to recommend suitable products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping and beverage experience
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
