Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
- Six months food supervisory experience
- Must be able to work variable shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience
- Successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA) is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to current technology needs
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams to meet organizational objectives
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Lead a team of food service workers to exceed customer expectations
- Understand and plan to meet sales goals
- Create daily and weekly work schedules aligned with customer and business needs
- Promote a positive, customer-centric team culture
- Manage performance and foster accountability through clear expectations
- Respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences
- Utilize business knowledge to identify and address opportunity areas
