Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Proficient in English
  • Obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • Able to lift 35 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide coaching and support to team members
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Proficient in English
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Promote OTG's culture, values, and mission with integrity and knowledge
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events and set a positive example
  • Assist in training new crew members and provide positive reinforcement and coaching
  • Deliver the OTG experience by prioritizing guest needs, connecting with them, and responding to their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Communicate product outages, equipment issues, or service problems to the manager immediately
  • Execute store operations, organize opening and closing duties, and utilize operational tools for excellence
