Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficient in English
- Obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Able to lift 35 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide coaching and support to team members
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Proficient in English
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Promote OTG's culture, values, and mission with integrity and knowledge
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events and set a positive example
- Assist in training new crew members and provide positive reinforcement and coaching
- Deliver the OTG experience by prioritizing guest needs, connecting with them, and responding to their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Communicate product outages, equipment issues, or service problems to the manager immediately
- Execute store operations, organize opening and closing duties, and utilize operational tools for excellence
