Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be 21 years or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender positions
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling experience an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous food & beverage experience helpful

Job Duties
- Greets guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition
- Must be familiar with menu, preparation of drinks and food, and prices
- Uses suggestive selling techniques
- Takes guest's order and accurately inputs it into the computer/register
- Explains the ingredients in the various beverages
- Carries on a friendly conversation with the guests as coffee is prepared
- Prepares for the next shift by filling the supplies and cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and equipment
- Works as a Barista making coffee, blended beverages, etc
- Works the cash register and maintains an accurate bank
- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas
- Adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Completes assigned side work and any additional daily tasks
