Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- must be 21 or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender positions
- previous cash handling experience an asset
- high school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- excellent customer service skills
- previous food and beverage experience helpful
- previous Starbucks experience an asset

Job Duties
- Greets guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition
- must be familiar with menu, preparation of drinks and food, and prices
- uses suggestive selling techniques
- takes guest's order and accurately inputs it into the computer/register
- explains the ingredients in the various beverages
- carries on a friendly conversation with the guests as coffee is prepared
- prepares for the next shift by filling the supplies and cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and equipment
- works as a Barista making coffee, blended beverages, etc
- works the cash register and maintains an accurate bank
- maintains cleanliness of designated areas
- adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures
- completes assigned side work and any additional daily tasks
