Job Requirements
- Available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, plus either Saturday or Sunday
- Must be available to work until 7:30 pm as needed on scheduled days
- Flexible to work between 5 to 30 hours per week
- Open availability preferred from 6 am to 7:30 pm
- Must have holiday availability
- Able to be scheduled year-round
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
- Ability to handle food according to health codes
- Interest in learning product knowledge
- Ability to maintain drink consistency
- Organized and clean work habits
- Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize and follow detailed recipes
- Knowledge of health and safety food handling practices
- Interest in coffee preparation and product knowledge
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks blended coffees and refreshments using standardized recipes
- Provide excellent customer service showing appreciation and kindness
- Memorize drink recipes to maintain consistency
- Communicate transparently and work collaboratively with coworkers
