Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures from 34F to -10F
- Willingness to work in environments with common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of all required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experience during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve products
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food according to recipe specifications
