Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed

Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- ability to work independently and cooperatively with a team
- strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve guest questions
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over task
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve products
- always be aware of current and future Starbucks promotions
- follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while maintaining food safety
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout the shift
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items according to best practices
- complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space
- identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items as per guidelines
- ensure accurate in-stock levels by placing store-initiated orders
- follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
- complete training and certifications related to Starbucks quality control
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services including backup cashier and order pick-up with compliance to adult beverage laws
- greet guests warmly during tasks
- assist guests in a welcoming way
- thank guests for choosing Target
- perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
