Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- ability to climb ladders
- ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in cold environments from 34°F to -10°F
- tolerance to allergens commonly found in food service settings
- capacity to work in varied temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions
- ability to remain mobile for an entire shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- skill to resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing stored reserves
- always be aware of current and future Starbucks promotions
- follow all Target and Starbucks routines to ensure consistent and safe experiences
- support the Starbucks Drive-Up process to fulfill digital orders accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area for guests
- engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- follow food safety requirements including temperature monitoring and cleaning tasks
- locate and manage damaged, recalled or expired items
- ensure accurate inventory recording and placed store-initiated orders
- execute sampling best practices
- complete required training and certifications related to quality control
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-Up
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- thank guests and foster positive interactions
- perform all other duties as assigned based on business needs
