Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures from 34°F to -10°F
- Comfortable working in environments with common allergens
- Physical ability to remain mobile throughout the entire shift
- Commitment to follow safety policies and report hazards promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in Starbucks or food service is desirable but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Capability to follow detailed processes and multitask effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork and independence in work performance
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and fresh food quality
- Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining a Food & Beverage standard and operational efficiency
- Execute food and beverage protocols including replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and reserve product storage
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up and Order Pickup processes ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage guests to meet or exceed expectations
- Follow food safety guidelines including monitoring temperature sensitive items and cleaning tasks
- Complete training certifications and uphold safety and ethical standards during all operational activities
