Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to safely lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
- Capability to follow multi-step processes and maintain focus under pressure
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately as needed
- Compliance with safety policies and regulations including OSHA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Capable of remaining composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Completion of Starbucks quality control trainings
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting high-quality Starbucks beverages and food items
- Uphold and maintain Starbucks and Target food and beverage standards and food safety protocols
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, stocking, zoning, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, and signage
- Support Starbucks Drive Up operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests consistently
- Engage with guests warmly to meet and exceed their expectations
- Complete all food safety and cleaning tasks following best practices
