Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in temperature ranges from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in environments with common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices
- Work independently and in a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Uphold food and beverage standards and food safety guidelines
- Execute food deliveries, replenishment, stocking, and inventory tasks
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process and fulfill digital orders
- Maintain clean and inviting dining areas
- Engage guests and provide personalized service
- Follow food safety and quality control procedures
