- ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to remain mobile for entire shift

Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment
- ability to work independently and in a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products during all operational hours
- uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, cleaning, signing, and storing reserve product
- support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of digital guest orders
- maintain inviting dining area throughout shift
- engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations
- produce handcrafted beverages and food according to recipe specifications
