Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliability and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in a temperature range from 34F to -10F as needed
- Ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including Drive Up and carryout duties
- Capability to remain mobile during scheduled shift duration
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes
- Capability to stay focused and composed in fast-paced environments and accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products during all hours of operations
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience while maintaining food safety
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
