Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise safely
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in cold environments ranging from 34F to -10F
- Ability to work where allergens may be present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld technology
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and managing food quality and freshness
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs and maintaining food and beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storing reserve product
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring digital orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Maintain an inviting dining area and engage with guests to meet Starbucks standards
- Follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks as outlined
- Accurately handle cash register operations and support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup
