Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is advantageous
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and multi-frequency devices
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Capacity to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in cold and varying temperature environments
- Compliance with all safety policies and practices
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals
- Ability to provide consistent Starbucks experiences
- Understanding of food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and multi-step process adherence
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Uphold and maintain food and beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, and cleaning
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations
- Follow all food safety and operational compliance protocols
