Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34F to -10F
- ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
- exposure to varying temperatures and humidity during specific duties
- ability to remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology
- capability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and multitask within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality handcrafted beverages and food
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards, Starbucks brand standards, and food safety standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, data accuracy, rotation, cleaning, and signing
- support Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of digital orders
- maintain a clean, inviting dining area for guests
- engage authentically with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
- monitor and record temperature-sensitive items and complete cleaning and food safety tasks as outlined
- support additional guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with regulations
- complete all required Starbucks quality control training
- demonstrate safety compliance and ethical conduct at all times
- perform all other duties as needed based on business requirements
