Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to climb ladders and safely handle merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in refrigerated and temperature-varied environments
- Comfort working around common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile for entire scheduled shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Capability to remain composed in fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to complete training and certifications related to Starbucks product quality control
- Demonstrated ethical conduct, safety awareness, and compliance culture
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant Starbucks products during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards in the Starbucks area
- Execute food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- Monitor and follow current and upcoming Starbucks promotions
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring digital orders are fulfilled timely and accurately
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area during shifts
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards through personalized service
