Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F as needed
- ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be present
- capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- follow all food safety requirements including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
- complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space
- locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practice
- ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
- follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
- complete all required training and certifications related to Starbucks product quality control
- work in a safe manner at all times, comply with safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up and maintain compliance with beverage laws
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting them
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- perform all other duties based on business needs
