Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service or Starbucks experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- capable of climbing ladders
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in environments from 34F to -10F
- ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- capacity to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- adhere to food safety and OSHA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- work both independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over task
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product
- support the Starbucks drive up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
