Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb ladders safely
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in cold environments ranging from 34 degrees F to -10 degrees F
- ability to work in environments with common allergens
- capable of working in varying temperatures and humidity
- ability to remain mobile for the entire shift
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment
- strong teamwork skills
- ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality beverages and food prioritizing guest needs
- uphold food and beverage standards and Starbucks brand standards
- execute food deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, rotation, cleaning, signing and backstock processes
- maintain awareness of promotional activities
- support Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and timely
- engage guests authentically to meet expectations and provide product knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and food safety according to best practices
