Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate technology equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow multi-step processes
- capable of working in fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring fresh and abundant shopping during all hours
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, data accuracy, and product rotation
- support Starbucks Drive-Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift
- engage with guests to exceed expectations
- produce handcrafted beverages and food according to specifications
- follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks
- identify and process damaged or expired items
- ensure accurate inventory and stock management
- execute sampling best practices
- complete all required training and certifications
- demonstrate safety, ethics and compliance
- assist with guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick-up
- greet and engage guests warmly
- perform other duties based on business needs
