Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 44 pounds
- ability to follow food safety and OSHA guidelines
- ability to work in refrigeration and freezer environments
- capacity to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- ability to access all building areas as needed
- commitment to safety and compliance
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to learn and complete required training
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- greet guests with a smile and eye contact
- help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
- deliver fresh and abundant shopping experience prioritizing guest needs
- uphold food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, cleaning, signing and organizing
- maintain awareness of current and future Starbucks promotions
- follow Target and Starbucks routines maintaining food safety
- support Starbucks Drive Up process
- maintain an inviting dining area
- engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations
- produce handcrafted beverages and food following recipes
- follow all food safety requirements and record keeping
- complete cleaning tasks and manage product quality
- ensure accurate inventory through proper ordering and stocking
- execute sampling best practices
- complete training and certifications
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services including cashier and order pickup
- perform all other duties as needed
