Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Capability to remain focused and composed under pressure
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Strong physical stamina
- Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate multiple technology devices

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant Starbucks products
- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage operational processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, cleaning, and signing
- Stay informed on current and upcoming Starbucks promotions
- Follow all food safety requirements and OSHA guidelines
- Support Starbucks Drive Up order fulfillment accurately and timely
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests
- Engage with guests to exceed their expectations
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specification
- Monitor and record temperature sensitive food items
- Complete all cleaning and sanitation tasks as required
- Identify and process damaged or expired items
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order placement
- Execute sampling best practices
- Use store technology to assist guests and improve experience
- Complete required trainings and certifications
- Demonstrate safety and compliance culture
- Support guest services including cashier and order pick-up duties
- Create welcoming guest interactions
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business requirements
