Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information accurately
- Handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer conditions
- Capable of exposure to varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and helpful attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and food
- Manage food quality and freshness
- Maintain adherence to state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Greet guests warmly and create an inspiring shopping experience
- Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
- Execute food and beverage processes including replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Follow Target and Starbucks routines to ensure food safety and a great guest experience
