Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- ability to work in environments from 34F to -10F
- ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- capable of working in exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- work both independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- capability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
