Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays

- Ability to work in areas where common allergens may be handled or present

Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology as directed
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environment accomplishing multiple tasks
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all operations hours prioritizing guest needs over task
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage standards all Starbucks brand standards and food safety standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries replenishment pulls stocking zoning instocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning defect signing and backstock
- Maintain ongoing awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks
- Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent Starbucks experience while driving efficiency and maintaining food safety
- Support Starbucks Drive-Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests all day every day
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- Produce items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines
- Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items as outlined in best practices
- Complete and record all cleaning tasks in Starbucks space as outlined in best practices
- Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined through best practice
- Locate and identify damaged recalled or expired items and process according to best practice
- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices
- Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory
- Execute sampling best practices
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand guest needs and tailor approach accordingly
- Engage guests in a genuine way asking questions to understand their needs
- Be knowledgeable about tools products and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
- Thank guests genuinely for choosing Target
- Complete all required Starbucks training related to quality control
- Demonstrate ethical conduct safety and compliance culture
- Work safely identifying and correcting hazards complying with all safety policies
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up and Drive-up while maintaining compliance
- Perform other duties as needed based on business needs
